Dedication to da Homies

pray_for_us.jpg This Poem I wrote a few weeks before I lost a loved one it was ment to be his poem (RIP Romero) but I dedicate it to all the homies that lost there lifes to dat crazy lifestyle. RIP Love La Paloma That awful day, i my mind will stay. when you left my life and went away. I loved you so but you had to go, and now my life is empty and so alone. I can't forget my homie-g, and that awful tragic memory. Of the moment when the gang called ''Sunset'' Shot a bullet to your chest. You tumbled down and hit the ground. In search of an answer I looked around. I ran up to you and got on my kness. Then I began to cry out ''Please, please don't leave!'' ''Come on homeboy please don't die! ''I need you here by my side!'' You looked up at me and wiped my tears. Then you said, "I'm sorry homegirl my end is near." And in my arms you died that night You drifted off as I held you tight.
